Redcliffe lured, we both were lured to the peninsula and love it because it’s beaches, parks and family-friendly lifestyle.
What does your business/job involve?
Teaching group and privates Pilates and barre classes, managing staff and marketing including social media, sourcing marketing materials, events, workshops etc as well as our online booking systems, & customer service.
Suburb you live in and why you love it?
Newport and Scarborough and we love the area as we enjoy walking along the waterfront with the kids, being able to go fishing just down the road and with so many parks to choose from there is always plenty to keep them busy! The community is so friendly and the area is buzzing with many events and festivities all year round to enjoy!
How do you unwind?
We like to unwind with a walk along the water or take in a Pilates class ourselves!
Best coffee haunt in town / best watering hole in town?
Our favourite coffee at the moment is at 3eightnine which is only just down the road from the studio so they know us very well!

I was a sceptical visitor at first having been used to intense and sweaty workouts that left my lower back injured; followed by a year of expensive physiother
apy resulting in not much improvemen t – I thought I give this a try as I knew Suzanna from the gym. After my first two classes, I learnt more about engaging core than learnt from a number of physiother apists. More surprises came after trying Jump and Barre where my legs were left shaking and glutes hurting like never before. However, my back never hurt from pilates! I would recommend this workout to anyone whether starting to get fit (need to build from the core) or recovering (need to build their core) or just want to train in a beautiful studio where everyone is made to feel welcome. Well done for creating such a great local business, glad to support it as much as I can.
