Redcliffe Yoga & Massage started with just Friday Sunset Yoga in Endeavour Park in late 2014, then built to Sunday as well. Since then we have incorporated massage, a studio location, Japan Mindfulness Tours and Japanese cooking classes. 

Sam has 5 years’ experience teaching yoga, 20 teaching adults on a variety of topics, a Human Movement degree and a love of helping people find the best way for them to move for how the body feels on any given day. Focusing on individual attention in small classes, providing options for each person as necessary and showing those who would love to try yoga, but aren’t sure if they ‘can’. Yoga is for everybody. If you can breathe, you can do yoga. Having lived in Japan for 12 years, she also shares a passion for Japanese food and mindful culture that she brings to her cooking classes and Mindful tours.

Ryo has 5 years experience as a remedial massage therapist, with extensive experience with back, knee and shouldertreatments, as well as pregnancy massage. His focus is on reducing pain and improving mobility. He has also started teaching pre-beginner & beginner Pilates to help everyone build the core strength they need to reduce lower back, shoulder and neck pain. Ryo’s sense of humour and caring manner make each treatment and class a chance to spoil yourself.
