The Redcliffe Peninsula

The Redcliffe peninsula is home to over 60,000 residents, has an are of 38.1km and is 23km NNE of Brisbane CBD. The peninsula covers the suburbs of Clontarf, Kippa-Ring, Margate, Newport, Redcliffe, Rothwell, Scarborough and Woody Point. The Redcliffe Peninsula also supports the neighbouring suburbs including North Lakes, Mango Hill, Deception Bay, Sandgate, Shorncliffe & Brighton. Although Redcliffe has had a facelift in recent years, it still maintains the charm and lifestyle of an historical seaside villiage.

We have an abundance of locally owned and run cafes and fine dining establishments. Many overlooking the magnificent views of Moreton Bay. Visitors and locals can find easy access to the many water sports on offer including fishing, boating, jet skiing, paddle boarding, whale watching, diving, kitesurfing and parachuting.

Redcliffe’s famous foreshore festivals & markets attract thousands of tourists each year to the area. The peninsula also offers great historical and tourist attractions that draw many visitors for a great day out. Be sure to check out some of our favourite places such as Settlement Cove (the lagoon), Bee Gee’s Way, Sutton’s Beach, The Redcliffe Museum & the Jetty Markets.
