Spooktacular fun this Halloween in Moreton Bay

If you’re looking to celebrate all things spooky, here are the most popular Halloween events happening across the City of Moreton Bay.
From night markets and sip and paint to dance parties and martial arts – Moreton Bay has it all this Halloween.
Redcliffe Markets Festival of Frights
When: Saturday, October 28 from 4-9pm
Where: Redcliffe Pde, Redcliffe
Organisers of the Redcliffe Markets have planned another Festival of Frights, with a night full of eats, beats, tricks and treats right by the Redcliffe waterfront.
With more than 200 fab-boo-lous stalls, a pirate’s scavenger hunt, face painting and crafts and a fireworks display – the festival is set to go off with a bang.

Caboolture Halloween Twilight Markets
When: Saturday, October 28 from 4-9pm
Where: Caboolture Showgrounds | 140 Beerburrum Rd, Caboolture
Join Caboolture Markets for its annual Halloween Twilight Markets, with a large array of stalls, and trick or treating for the little ones.
There will be a large assortment of sweet and savoury food stalls and a best-dressed competition.

Carnival of Terrors Halloween Party
When: Friday, October 27 until 2am
Where: Sandstone Point Hotel | 1800 Bribie Island Rd, Sandstone Point
Are you ready for a night of spooktacular tricks, ghoulish treats and frightening beats? Join the DJs at Sandstone Point Hotel for a hauntingly good time. Halloween dress is encouraged. This is an 18+ nightclub event and entry is free all night.

Halloween Night Enchantment Markets
When: Friday, October 7 from 5-9pm
Where: Old Petrie Town | 901 Dayboro Rd, Whiteside
Zombies will roam and witches will fly at Old Petrie Town’s Halloween Night Enchantment Markets. There will be plenty of entertainment and market stalls to keep the whole family excited for hours.

Halloween Spooktacular Twilight Markets
When: Saturday, October 28 from 2-7pm
Where: Living Faith Lutheran Primary School | 50/60 Brays Rd, Murrumba Downs
Get ready to have a fang-tastic time at Murrumba Markets' Halloween spooktacular. There will be trick or treat stations, where children can fill their goody bags from many stalls, a roving musician, spooky shopping vendors, haunted food trucks and ghastly grooves, where you can show off your best monster mash and thriller moves.

A Village Haunting
When: Tuesday, October 31 from 5-9pm
Where: Caboolture Historical Village | 280 Beerburrum Rd, Caboolture
A Village Haunting is back, supporting several community groups, clubs and charities with a decorating competition. There will be extra scares this year, with more jump scares and spooky things from 6pm onwards. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children aged 6-16 and children under five are free.

Halloween Workshop at Supreme
When: Thursday, October 26 from 10am-1pm
Where: Supreme Community Care | 4/8 Burke Cres, North Lakes
The Halloween workshop at Supreme Community Care is an inclusive event for all ages – with a day filled with fun activities, tasty treats and creative crafts. There will be a variety of Halloween-themed snacks and beverages while you watch spooky movies, play thrilling games, paint your own pumpkin or skull and create Halloween decorations. Tickets are $20 per person.

Spooky Fest at Big Fish Junction

The skeleton fish have risen at Big Fish Junction, and it’s time to come dressed in your best Halloween costume. Join the team at Big Fish Junction for a trick or treat tour around the venue. Tickets are free, but bookings are essential.

State Member for Pumicestone Ali King invites your family to her Spooktacular Halloween Hunt at the Bribie Island Community Kindergarten Market Day. Come dressed in your best spooky costume and hunt for treats.

Halloween Party ft Brooklyn
When: Friday, October 27 from 8pm-2am
Where: Eatons Hill Hotel | 646 S Pine Rd, Eatons Hill
Eatons Hill Hotel’s annual Halloween party returns, with Hallow-Queen DJ Brooklyn. DJ Brooklyn is bringing a wicked headline set to the club, and all participants are encouraged to dress up in their best costumes. This is an 18+ nightclub event. Entry is free before 8pm, or it’s $10 afterwards.

Halloween Sip and Paint
When: Saturday, October 14 from 5-7pm
Where: The Craft Haven | Angus St, Clontarf
Get ready to unleash your inner artist as you celebrate the spirit of Halloween at The Craft Haven’s spooky sip and paint event. Paint a ceramic of your choice and have The Craft Haven take care of the firing and glazing process. Tickets are $48.96 and includes entry, a spooky drink on arrival, delicious snacks, one raffle ticket and a dinner after the session at a location to be determined.

Over-7s Halloween Party

Where: Red Dragon Martial Arts | 5/379 Morayfield Rd, Morayfield
Red Dragon Martial Arts are hosting an over-7s Halloween party, with an evening full of martial arts and Halloween celebrations. There will be prizes for the best costume in each age group. Entry requires a gold coin donation.
Big Kid’s Halloween
When: Saturday, October 28 from 4-8pm
Where: Beachmere Hub | Main St, Beachmere
The Zephyr Project will be putting on an unforgettable show at The Hub for all the big kids who love Halloween. Dance along to all the spookiest songs with this great local band. There will also be food and a bar for everyone to enjoy. Tickets are $15, find out more information here.
Frightfully Delightful Fun at IKEA
When: Thursday, October 26 from 4.30-7.30pm
Where: IKEA North Lakes | N Lakes Dr, North Lakes
Join the North Lakes IKEA team in store for an all-age spooktacular time. There will be face painting at the Swedish restaurant, a trick or treat treasure hunt throughout the showroom level and a best-dressed competition also in the Swedish restaurant. Entry is free, no registration required.

Halloween Dining Experience

Where: IKEA North Lakes | N Lakes Dr, North Lakes
Alongside a spooktacular trick or treat treasure hunt, IKEA North Lakes are hosting a Halloween dining experience for all ages. Enjoy ghoul-licious nachos and spooky fire wings to jack-o-lantern soup and monster mushroom burgers.

Halloween Trick or Treat Hunt
When: Saturday, October 28 from 11am onwards
Where: Market Square Coles, Deception Bay | corner Deception Bay Rd and Bay Ave, Deception Bay
Market Square is hosting a spooktacular trick or treat hunt. Every little monster will receive a specially marked map and a bag to collect treats in. All children must have an adult present for the duration of the hunt. Tickets are free, but bookings are essential.
